We are proud to welcome Chef Navi as Operations Manager, a role he assumes with international expertise and uncompromising standards of excellence. Educated in Hotel Management with a specialization in cuisine, Navi began his career in India, refining his craft at globally recognized establishments including The Sheraton and the prestigious ITC Hotels. His move to New Zealand marked a new chapter, where he contributed to acclaimed dining venues and later established the celebrated Blackbird Bar & Café in Sumner, which quickly earned a reputation as a destination for discerning diners.
